1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Project information — the descriptions, requirements, and sample files (e.g. PDF or spreadsheet documents) you submit so we can build your application.
• Usage and technical data — basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security, auditing, and reliability.

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate and deliver the Service — to build, host, and support the applications you request; to communicate with you about your projects; to secure the Service and maintain an access audit trail; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data access & auditing

Access to your data is restricted to authorized operators on a need-to-know basis to deliver your project. Access to sensitive information is logged, and where applicable made visible to you, so you can see when and why your data was viewed.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud), bound by confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to protect our rights; or with your direction (for example, teammates you invite to your workspace). We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure and protected with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, restricted access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described below; some records may be retained where required.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also stop using the Service at any time. Where required by applicable law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data.

8. International users

The Service is operated from Thailand and your information may be processed in Thailand and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to such processing.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
